Alinity Divine
Alinity is listed in the complaint made against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch user who has filed a lawsuit against Twitch, seeking damages of $25 million. The user claimed the site exposed him explicit and sexually explicit video content from female streamers. According to court documents from Dexerto Estavillo, who previously sued Microsoft as well as Sony and also Nintendo and Blizzard made the complaint on June 15, and Twitch was given an official summons later that day. Estavillo, according to the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint filed the suit, has a myriad of medical issues that require him to use the internet to entertain himself. He is also suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder and sexual dependence. Based on the lawsuit, Twitch makes these issues worse. According to the complaint "the female streamers remain exposed to Twitch viewers who want to be entertained by watching people play video games, but instead are subjected to sexually addictive content and other content on an ongoing and daily on a regular basis." Apart from Alinity among them: In requesting relief, the plaintiff wants all streamers mentioned above to be permanently barred from Twitch's TOS as well as a total of $25 million dollars "to be split between the plaintiff and the other Twitch Prime Turbo Subscribers," while any extra money will be distributed to various charitable organizations.
